The TPS565201DDCR is a 5A, 17V synchronous step-down (buck) converter IC from Texas Instruments designed for high-efficiency power regulation in compact systems. It operates from a 4.5V to 17V input voltage range and integrates both high-side and low-side MOSFETs, delivering up to 5A continuous output current.
