Overview
- PT4115 is a continuous inductor current conduction mode step-down LED constant current driver, used to drive one or more LED light strings.
- PT4115 operates with voltage from 5.5v to 30v, provides adjustable output current, and the maximum output current can reach 1.2A. Depending on the input voltage and external components, the PT4115 can drive LEDs up to tens of watts.
- PT4115 has a built-in power switch, uses a high-end current detection circuit, and a dimming pin DIM that is compatible with PWM and analog dimming. When the DIM pin voltage is lower than 0.3v, the output is turned off and enters standby mode.
- PT4115 has a built-in over-temperature protection circuit. When the chip reaches the over-temperature protection point and enters the over-temperature protection mode, the output current gradually decreases to improve system reliability.
- PT4115 adopts a patented circuit architecture so that the output current does not overshoot when working at low voltage drop, which improves the LED working life.
- PT4115 adopts a patented constant current circuit with excellent load regulation and linear regulation. PT4115 is available in SOT89-5 package.
