Shipping Policy

Orders placed on our platform are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation and/or payment confirmation, or as per the delivery schedule agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Delivery timelines are subject to the norms and operations of the courier company or postal authority. The Platform Owner shall not be held liable for any delays caused by the courier company or postal services.

Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation, depending on the delivery location.

All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.

Confirmation of shipment and delivery updates will be sent to the email ID provided during registration or at the time of order placement.

If any shipping charges are levied by the seller or the Platform Owner, such charges are non-refundable once the order has been processed and shipped.
