At Ezyki, we strive to provide high-quality electronic components and modules. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions.

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required

Certain items such as soldered components, damaged electronics, or items altered after delivery may not be eligible for return.

Products must be returned to our warehouse using a courier or postal service.



Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to:

  • defective product

  • incorrect item shipped

Ezyki will cover the return shipping cost.
