The TPS56C230RJER is a high-efficiency synchronous step-down converter from Texas Instruments. It accepts a 4.5 V to 18 V input and delivers up to 12 A of continuous output current. With D-CAP3™ control, selectable Eco-mode™/FCCM, integrated FETs (17 mΩ/5.9 mΩ), and support for ultra-low ESR capacitors, it’s ideal for compact power supplies in telecom, computing and industrial applications. Operates from –40 °C to 125 °C. Package: 20-pin 3.0 × 3.0 mm HotRod™ VQFN (RJE).
