TPS563201DDCR Synchronous Step-Down Converter IC
TI TPS563201DDCR is a 3A synchronous step-down converter IC with an input voltage range of 4.5V to 17V and adjustable output from 0.76V to 7V. It features D-CAP2™ control and pulse-skip mode for improved light-load efficiency. With an integrated high-side and low-side MOSFET, it eliminates the need for external compensation.
